Lunartik is celebrating the 10th anniversary of his popular Lunartik in a Cup of Tea figure with a special Year of Tea Mini-Tea Series. Year of Tea will be offered on a subscription basis and will feature twelve signed/numbered monthly figures + a bonus Cherry Chase for collectors who purchase all twelve via subscription. Each of the monthly teas is limited to 100 pieces except for July’s SDCC brew which is limited to 200 -– 100 for subscribers and 100 to be sold at the convention.
To make things easier, there are three Year of Tea payment plans – The Full Year Plan (12 teas + cherry chase) for €290 (~$362), the renewable half year plan (6 teas) for €150 (~$187) , and the renewable quarterly plan (4 teas) for €77.50 (~$97). Each plan’s pricing includes shipping. Subscribers will be assigned a number and each of their teas will be so numbered for collecting bliss. Collectors on renewable plans will only receive the Cherry Chase if they renew throughout the entire year. The Year of Tea Subscriptions will only be available through 12.20.2014 at Lunartik.com. If there are less than 100 subscribers for any month, the remaining teas will be available individually.
