Namue – Last Of The Boreo Clan by Precious Junkz x Museum of Toys

Previous Next

The Namue – Last Of The Boreo Clan vinyl art toy from Precious Junkz x Museum of Toys is the first figure in Indonesian artist Gilan Ayyobbi’s Samurai Apes series. The brave warrior hails from the Boreo Clan of orangutans, the last of their kind on their world of Primus. With Sibat (spear) at the ready, Namue is ready to fight for the survival of the endangered ape species. The outlines of the character’s story parallel the species’ plight on Earth. A portion of the proceeds from the figure’s sales will be donated in the efforts to protect orangutans.

The first Samurai Ape is available in the full-color Original version, with each figure hand-painted by the artist, and the solid-color Midnight Blue version. Namue was created, designed and produced entirely in Indonesia, making it one of the few vinyl art toys produced in the country.

The Namue – Last Of The Boreo Clan vinyl art toy (10.6″) is available in both the Original (Edition of 50, $250) and Midnight Blue (Edition of 25, $200) versions from the Museum of Toys. The pricing includes worldwide shipping.
