The Throw Mickey VCD art toy from grunge lifestyle brand Glamb x Medicom Toy features the iconic Mickey Mouse in a familiar street art pose. The figure is notable in that it’s a rare example of a licensed entertainment property responding to the art world instead of vice versa. Previously released in a Japan-only lottery directly from Glamb, the figure is now available in a wider release.
Both the Original and B&W editions (4.5″) are now available for pre-order from ToyQube for $160 each. These are slated to ship sometime in Q4 2020.
