Japanese grunge luxury brand Glamb has collaborated with Medicom Toy on the Throw Mickey VCD. The new vinyl art toy features Disney’s iconic character set to lob a flower bouquet, a scene evoking Banksy’s Flower Bomber. Perhaps not surprisingly, Throw Mickey isn’t rocking a bandana mask. From the promo page it appears that are two versions—a classic full-color version and a mono style version (w/color bouquet).
The Throw Mickey VCD will be available via lottery starting on Saturday (6.13) at 8 PM PDT through Tuesday (6.23) at 7:59 AM. It’s unclear whether this is Japan only, but may very well be the case.
