Having revealed their latest batch of figures, Muttpop returned to working on sculpting and character design. With some final tweaks to the cape, the Dr. Destruction sculpt is complete. Small details like seams, wrinkles, and buttons were added to the cape to give it a cloth-like feel. Similar to Tequila, Dr. Destruction’s cape will be made of a soft vinyl…allowing you to remove his cape. In its final sculpted form, discoloration is attributed to the mixture of Sculpey and Wax used by Syte R in sculpting. Below you will also see final designs for Mini Bill and Mini Fabien. Both figures will soon be joining the ranks of Mini Gobi as part of Muttpop’s “Minis” line.

Glad to see that the cape will be remove-able. Nice! I’m curious about those minis too; looking good. Also curious what will be next full-size figure from Muttpop…
Tequila & El Panda go nicely together because of complimentary color schemes + they’re both “heavies” so to speak. Red Demon & Dr. Destruction are both slender figures in relaxed stances with what I imagine will be complimentary color schemes based on what I’ve seen. So anyway…I wonder what’ll come next?

WOW! the mini figures are awesome. I hope you go back to monster5 for these. I will write to Monster 5 myspace to see ask! King KATCH? what is that? When is the comic coming to america? I want to learn about these figures more. I want the back history. muttpop please continue to stay fresh!
