Today we’re excited to bring you the first full look at prototypes of Mist’s new figure, Goldo, coming in ’07 from Bonustoyz. As you can see in these pics, Goldo is very detailed (especially the flanged detail on wrists/hands) and merges the overall shape and tail of Malus with a head reminiscent of Orus. With Goldo, Mist has relaxed the graff elements to focus on his character as a demonic warrior. Goldo’s nasty weapon delivers destruction both as a dual bladed monster or he can also dual wield it in both hands (thanks to what appears to be a removable left hand). Just in case you’re wondering — the photos with the mixed colors are of an earlier prototype while the solid grey are of a more recent version. With the ambitious design and success of Orus in ’06, it’s great to see Mist coming back strong again for ’07 with Goldo.
