100% Soft’s Dumpster Fire became an overnight hit as soon as promo began for the OG SDCC 2019 resin version. Fanning the flames of red hot heat, 100% Soft opened pre-order for a vinyl version a few months back. Now that production is complete, it’s time for a party. 100% Soft has teamed up with kawaii retailer extraordinaire JapanLA for the official Dumpster Fire Launch Party happening on Saturday, February 29th 2020 from 11 AM – 6 PM at their Little Tokyo location.
The event will of course feature plenty of the Dumpster Fire vinyl toy in both the OG and Magical Trash (purple) editions—1 per person. To add to the fun, the first 300 people who buy Dumpster Fire will get to try their luck in a raffle game with everyone winning one of several prizes including the elusive Golden Trash edition. In addition to Dumpster Fire, JapanLA will have a mini 100% Soft Pop Up stocked with plush, pins, apparel and more.
Come for Dumpster Fire and stay to meet 100% Soft’s Truck Torrence from 11 AM to 1 PM. He’ll be there to sign toys and pose for photos. Speaking of photos, did we mention the 5-foot inflatable dumpster fire? Finally, enjoy free treats including donuts by Cafe Dulce and Dumpster Fire Cookies (until they are all gobbled up).
