San Francisco-based Woot Bear is set to release its exclusive Seafoam Octobat sofubi art toy from Junko Mizuno x Tomenosuke with an in-store signing and an online drop. While not mentioned as a Valentine’s drop, the light green + pink edition of Mizuno’s hybrid bat/octopus character seems like a perfect gift for a sweetheart (or yourself). While recent Octobat editions have been released individually, the figure was originally released as part of the JunkonoTomo series featuring five of Mizuno’s characters.
An edition of 50, the Woot Bear Exclusive Seafoam Octobat sofubi art toy (3.25”. $65) will be available during Junko Mizuno’s signing on Saturday (2.3) from 5 to 7 PM at the Woot Bear physical shop with a simultaneous live shopping experience on Popshop Live. The figure will also be available online on Sunday (2.4) at 1 PM PST from Woot Bear’s online store. Each figure comes in the traditional bag and header packaging with a bonus Octobat sticker.
