Junko Mizuno’s next release with Superplastic is for cat lovers everywhere. The Ailurophile Superjanky celebrates felines with a fancy aquatic-minded design. Adding to the immersion, the pink and green one-eyed character holds two fitting feline delicacies as offerings: a rat and a fish.
An edition of 666, the Ailurophile Superjanky vinyl art toy (8″) will be available for pre-order on Thursday (6.11) at 11 AM PDT from Superplastic for $90 each. Please note that until the release time, the page shows ‘sold out’. Orders will ship in Fall 2020. While no extra incentive is likely needed, customers who purchase the figure during the first 24 hours of release will be entered to win an original Junko Mizuno drawing as shown in the video below.
