Cowabunga! Jei Tseng completes his officially-licensed TMNT 1/6 scale series with pre-orders for the Raphael and Donatello figures produced in collaboration with BigBoysToys. Donatello comes ready for action with a modern-take on his customary bo staff while Raphael duals two sais, one in each hand. As with Tseng’s Leonard and Michelangelo takes, the two new figures blend the character’s turtle identities with their passion for hoops. Each comes kitted pizza-themed jerseys and vibrant basketballs. Both figures also come with removable turtle masks, jackets, packs, and turtle shell elbow pads. Perhaps inspired by his Street Masks series, Jei Tseng’s TMNT figures celebrate the iconic heroes in a half-shell in a clever, urban treatment that flows out of his previous work.
Editions of 299, the TMNT Raphael & Donatello 1/6 scale art toys (11.81″) are available for preorder from J.T Studio for $330 each or $650 for the 2-pack. Collectors who purchase all four TMNT figures will receive a bonus neon green boombox.
