With just over a week until Thailand Toy Expo 2023, the exclusive news is flowing quickly. One that appeals to our inner toy and computer nerd is the limited-edition (painfully so) Classicbot Mini 6″ Yellowed Edition art toy.
This special edition created by Classicbot in collaboration with Inscape recreates the time-worn look of a Mac that’s sat in the sun for years and years. As many of us have experienced, the white plastic becomes a distinct shade of yellow — call it patina (lol). As with the standard Classicbot Mini 6″, the Yellowed edition comes with a keyboard and floppy disk accessories. Each is time-worn though — the keyboard is yellowed and the floppy disk has a smudged label.
An edition of just 50, the Classicbot Mini 6″ Yellowed art toy will launch at TTE 2023 in Inscape’s booth (Square B, J 35) on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 4 PM. 14 pieces will be available at the show and the remainder will be released by Inscape online at a later date. Pricing has not been announced.
