Grapebrain takes his popular Hell’s Cat Onirigi character to the next level with the DAINIGIRUJIN (God of Big Onigiri) vinyl art toy produced by Strangecat Toys. As seen in the digital comic panels (in the gallery), a snake bites Onigiri which results in its zombie-like rebirth—bigger and stranger than ever before. Standing 13.78″ tall, the new incarnation of the creepy cute cat has continued to mutate with four arms instead of two (with eyeballs in the palm of each hand) and its split tail is now a pair of snakes, tying back to the cat’s demise. Speaking of snake bites, the new figure’s ‘bell’ on its red collar is actually a snake head.
An edition of 100, the DAINIGIRUJIN vinyl art toy (13.78″) will be available on Sunday, May 15, 2022 @ 9 AM PDT from Strangecat Toys as a preorder for $300. The figure is slated to ship in September 2022.
