Superplastic has just launched the new Gorillaz Spacesuit Set featuring Jamie Hewlett’s animated band headed to the final frontier. Inspired by the Gorillaz’s animated video for Strange Timez (Song Machine Episode 1, 2020). Each of the four band members features light-up eyes for some in-the-dark spacey fun. Taking things up a notch, Noodle and Murdoc get loose with simulated zero-g action thanks to sculpted stands.
The Gorillaz Spacesuit Set vinyl art toy set (12″) featuring 2D, Murdoc, Noodle and Russel are available for pre-order from Superplastic for $420. As a special launch bonus, orders for the set placed before 11 AM PDT on Saturday (11.6) will include a free matching pin set. The figures are slated to blast off sometime in February 2022.
