Mickael Lelievre’s whimsical Peagle vinyl art toy from Design Earth Toys is ready to fly/run his way into your heart. Half pug, half eagle, all adorable, Peagle is set to debut with the European Robin edition featuring a tan + orange design based on the bird’s unique coloring. Peagle is a fun, modern take on the mythical Griffon creature which was half eagle and half lion.
This is the debut release from Design Earth Toys—a new label from PureArts, the folks behind M9E—which as its name suggests aims to produce art toys environmentally consciously as possible. To that end Peagle’s packaging is made of 100% recycled material and 15% of profits will be applied towards reducing the environmental impact of the company’s toy production.
An edition of 181, the Peagle – European Robin vinyl art toy (5″) will be available for preorder on Thursday (5.6) at 10 AM PDT from Design Earth Toys for $75. The figure is slated to ship in late Summer 2021.
