Next up is a DIY blank, but not your generic, run-of-the-mill, vanilla white DIY drop. No sir. Ready for the night life, the GID Madcan Blank adds some glow flow to the party. With a brilliant glow, the GID Madcan Blank art toy (8″) comes with two pairs of kicks, Erasers and Vans.
Bringing the bling, MadL x Martian Toys elevate the spraycan mutant with a mirror-like coat of chrome and then do it all over again. Yes, two hand-chromed editions in Gold and Silver. The Gold and Silver Chrome Mad Spraycan Mutant vinyl art toys (8″) will be available for pre-order from Monday (3.15) at 9 AM PST through Friday (3.19) at 9 PM PST via Martian Toys for $250 each. These will ship in 6-8 weeks.
Showcasing the potential of the GID DIY blank, Martian Toys has asked Jeremy MadL, Dinkc, Jcorp, BirdMilk and DrilOne to create customs — six in all. The GID customs will be available via raffle from Monday (3.15) to Friday (3.19) with six winners drawn on Saturday. Each name drawn will have their pick of the remaining customs until all have been selected.
Raffle tickets will be available for $5 each. Purchases of the GID blanks will include two raffle tickets while the City Mouse will include three tickets.
