The charming and slightly creepy 12″ figure brings McPherson’s A Halloween Portrait painting (2007) to life complete with the youthful vampire and his removable Mr. Wiggles companion balloon ghosts (4″). Sculpted by Oasim Karmieh, the figure captures the spirit of the original painting while incorporating a weighted base and reinforced arms for a long-lasting toy experience.
