Arizona-based Gorizona has created the special Manila Kongu resin art toy for NYC-based Stormy Vault’s Filipino Show opening on Saturday. The newest version of the artist’s signature gorilla figure celebrates the Philippines by incorporating the colors of the country’s flag into the design along with text on the back in the traditional Baybayin writing system.
An edition of 25, the Manila Kongu will be available for $80 each during the Filipino Show virtual opening on Saturday (8.15) from 5 to 7 PM PDT on Facebook Live.
