Taiwanese graffiti artist MAR2INA has designed a special edition of the Kama Kitsune figure created by Gilbert Yam. The new edition features all-new brush-style deco in blue, pink and purple. MAR2INA’s cheerful design brings out the softer side of the mechanized fox yōkai. With this new artist edition the segmented, mechanical design of the figure’s tail fades into the background. It is still of course articulated for a variety of poses, including curved down and up.
Previously released in limited quantities in Hong Kong which quickly sold out, the MAR2INA Kama Kitsune is now available for $115 each via email lottery until Sunday (6.28) at 9:59 PM PDT.
