Designer Lester Lim and Gagatree add to the underwater-exploring Jelilo series with the new U23 figure produced by ZCWO. While still tentacled, the curious U23 evokes the narwhal with its single mechanical horn. Where agility seems to be the debut F55’s strong suit, U23 appears to be the sturdier of the two.
