Best known for their Obot platform series with a pilot-in-the-bot concept, Singapore-based Gagatree is launching a fun, sleek new series. Jelilo—designed by Lester Lim—features simple characters in clever high-tech sea suits. Judging by the name and the tentacles, Jelilo just might be about brave Jellyfish explorers.
Gagatree has revealed two Jellio designs so far: the saucer-like U23 and the F55 which reminds us of a retro dive suit. These new toys reminds us that the visual differences between space and sea toys are pleasantly thin. Both have that addictive mix of adventure and exploration plus the fun technological aspect. Distributed by ZCWO, Jelilo should be launching shortly.
