With its first ever bronze edition, Mighty Jaxx’s Premiumworked brand continues its efforts to elevate art toys through the use of luxurious materials. The Forgeworked Anti Supremacy (The Legacy) bronze edition of Abell Octovan’s urban-meets-classical rebellious piece celebrates its ancient inspiration through the use of the traditional statue material popularized by the Greeks and Romans. The gold deco on the cap, bandana, and tunic complement the concept rooted in street art and streetwear. The smiley face on the tunic would seem to be Octovan’s ‘wink’ at the piece’s over-the-top, humorous conceit.
The 12″ Forgeworked Anti Supremacy (The Legacy) bronze bust will be released as a 24-hour timed edition beginning on Tuesday (6.30) at 6 AM PST from Premiumworked for $1600 each. Each bust includes a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.
