After creating and casting several art toys as small personal projects, Barry Williams (@ghostglitch) is going for it with his first production effort, Octo. Standing 2.25” tall, Octo is a cute sea creature with a curious slant, bulbous head, and stubby tentacles. To raise the money needed for the equipment and materials to make a production Octo a reality, Barry’s turned to the toy community via Kickstarter. Complimenting the cute simplicity of the basic figure ($15 diy), Barry has come up with a variety of fun hand-painted designs including: solid ($25), 2-tone or peralized ($30), as well as leopard print, tiger-striped and geometric print ($35).
