In addition to original artwork from a select group of artists, Max Toy will release plenty of toys for their 5th Anniversary show (4.1 – 4.3) at DesignFesta in Tokyo. Lady Maxx is front and center with both the first release of the blue/red OG painted edition as well an exclusive b/w Japan edition. For those of you wondering, Lady Maxx comes with an extra head which reveals her face. Speaking of Minis, there’s also the first edition painted Max Toy Mini Set, exclusive to the show.
Take a deep breath, we’re still going here. There are plenty of collab exclusives. Fans of Mark Nagata’s newest figure, Alien Argus, will certainly be interested in the Orange + Green Alien Argus Rumble Monsters edition. Real x Head has teamed up with Max Toy on a new set featuring a Dragigus + Fortune Cat mini.
In other related news, One Up will continue their run of exclusive Max Toy minis with five offerings including a silver/black/purple mini Argus and matching Mini Eyezon. They are also offering blue/silver editions of the standard Alien Argus as well as matching mini versions of Eyezon and Argus. Each of these five figures will be sold separately. These aren’t 5th Anniversary exclusives per se, but they will drop around the same time.
