Here’s a look at the work-in-progress sculpt for Mark Nagata’s Alien Argus (Argus Seijin), a collaboration between Max Toy and Toy Art Gallery. While the sculptor’s identity has yet to be revealed, he’s very well known and respected in the Japanese vinyl scene. Slated for production in Japan, test shots of Alien Argus may be completed in time for SDCC. Also expected the painted editions to debut at TAG’s Red Carpet Kaiju show in August.
