Event invitations come in all forms from the mundane email to the slightly nicer mailed type to the amazing. The invitations for the Michael Lau 10th show later this month (9.29 – 10.3) in Los Angeles have begun to make their way to VIPs in the form of a classic Gardener figure with the woodgrain shoes randomly packed into a special box which has the actual invite on the back panel. As you can see there are quite a few different invite figures and there are at least a few more not pictured here. These Invite figures are not for sale and are without a doubt highly desirable collectibles. The woodgrain theme ties together the Invite figures and the show exclusives which were revealed yesterday. It all adds up to a must-see milestone event.
