Continuing Proto Monday’s look at Maxim Zhestkov’s upcoming QUADRICS line from Kaching Brands, we turn our attention to the second figure named aptly 002. 002 continues Maxim’s exploration of the merging of video game culture and robots, enfused with his sharp eye for clean design. Where 001 presents perhaps a more old-school view of gaming with a joystick, 002 pushes things forward with the pervasive gamepad. Limited to 500 pieces, the 8"+ white Quadrics 002 will be released the first week of July for an SRP of $59.95 with distribution by DKE Toys.
