Nathan Cabrera’s original R2D4 Droid figure hit just the right note mixing sci-fi with a parody of the WD40 lubricant. More recently, Nathan collaborated with Joe Hahn’s SURU boutique to create a special limited edition of the figure — the SURU Droid produced by Span of Sunset.
First publicly seen in Lupe Fiasco’s "I Gotcha" video, the elusive droid is limited to 100 pieces — 70 regular and 30 special hand-customized and signed editions by Joe Hahn and Nathan Cabrera (no two are alike). The SURU Droid is only available to walk-in customers at the SURU boutique in Los Angeles.
