Shepard Fairey – 8″ OBEY Dunny + Contest

The legendary Shepard Fairey helped pioneer street art with his celebrated Obey Giant campaign.  The iconic Andre the Giant design first appeared in Dunny form as part of the 3" blind-boxed LA Dunny Series. Appropriately, the design has been supersized — the 8" Obey Giant Dunny designed by Shepard Fairey will be released by Kidrobot on Thursday February 1st, 2007.  Limited to 1989 pieces, each 8" Obey Giant Dunny will come with 1 of 2 sealed mini-prints and will retail for $29.99.

To celebrate the release, Kidrobot is sponsoring a contest for an 8" Obey Giant Dunny.  All you have to do to enter is write a comment on this post and be sure to provide your email address when prompted to do so.  The deadline to enter is February 8th @ 8PM Pacific.

4.  The winner will be chosen randomly and will receive an 8" Obey Giant Dunny.

    Find out who Congressman Ron Paul is. Look at his voting record and consider him for PRESIDENT. Although he has thrown his hat in the ring, it isn’t being covered by the news. He opposes the Federal Reserve and wants to shut it down. For those who don’t know about the Federal Reserve, watch America: From Freedom to Fascism. It’s all over the web. Ron Paul is also in it. Bottom line the Fed runs our country and is not even a government agency. It is a mafia like private organization.

  307. Man, I was on kidrobot’s site right at 8 am PST feb 1st, and they didn’t make them available until at least after 8:30 (that’s when I really needed to leave for work). By the time I got there (about 9:20), they were sold out. Lame. oh well, maybe i’ll win one here!
