Lesley Reppeteaux and Myna Sonou’s joint show, Lopsided Soup, opens this Friday (08.11.06) at Thinkspace from 7 to 11 PM and runs through September 2nd. The show will feature collaborative pieces including a brand-new joint installation as well as new individual original works.
On top of her show pieces, Lesley has several other things on tap. The show will serve as the launch for her 3 dimensional diorama
"Dead Before Long, Drown Before Dawn" which is produced by Workhorse Visuals and Blackbooks. Made from individual laser-etched wood pieces, these innovative and beautiful dioramas are limited to just 25 pieces and will be available for $500 each. Additionally, show up early and have a go at Lesley’s creature shop where you can build your own original water nymph.
