This summer Germany will play host to the World Cup 2006 and in-conjunction with this major event, Hammeractive is proud to present Soccabot.
This 4 inch tall, hard plastic toy is uniquely designed with a robotic
head and athletic shaped body. There will be 16 different designs
representing 16 top countries of the sport. Each design is based on the
country’s special colors, elements, latest outfits and other important
factors of that specify country. Certain randomly selected boxes will
also come with accessories and gears, including…you guessed it….a
soccer ball. The designer of the toy, Danny wanted to convey soccer
fans’ patriotic spirit through the offerings of these attractive toys.
Soccabot will launch in April and are available prior and during World
Cup 2006. There are also plans to make the Soccabot a platform toy for
other events. Although this isn’t the first time a sport has used a toy
for promotional purpose, can you imagine the scene of thousands of
rowdy soccer fans in the stadium, waving their Soccabot proudly, as
they root for their favorite teams? Just take a look at the pics below

I really like the shape and pose. I am going to have to pick up one of these, even if to paint mself.
The figure looks cool and I like the designs alot. If football players would look like this, the sport might just become intersting.

I think it’s our passion to create nice designer toys and I have seen so many nice footballers with brilliant skills, nice talents, that’s y I create this Soccabot figure to ppl like football/soccer or sports or even ppl don’t like sports…. and each country flags colour are very pretty
