Mr. Jago’s CamoBots from Addict

Mr. Jago’s CamoBots are  available now from  Addict are some of the sweetest toys we’ve seen in quite awhile.  Beyond the imposing design (roughly 8 inches tall), the overall soft-edged look resembling a polymer clay figure is striking and fairly unique among designer vinyl toys. While clearly distinct designs, the basic shape reminds me of the even
chunkier SUG from Unklbrand.  So… thinking back to simpler days, which
would win in an all-out brawl, the much larger SUG medic or the smaller
but well-armed CamoBot.  Tough call 🙂 There are 4 CamoBot versions available now from Addict: Scout (Camo — 300 pcs), Frontline (Olive — 300 pcs), Sentinel (black n’ pink — 400 pcs) and the Protocol (white — 200 pcs).  Each of the  Addict CamoBots are available for 35 pounds directly on the Addict website. There’s also a red CamoBot available from Adfunture.  These figures are a ‘must-buy’ in my opinion given the wicked design plus it certainly doesn’t hurt that they are rather limited.  I’m particularly partial to the Black and Hot Pink Sentinel though the all white’s calling my name too 🙂

  1. I saw these at the adfunture show in London, they certainly will dominate your collection with their size and the striking contrast in colours (particularly pink and black). If I had the cash, I’d buy a couple of these to dot around my room, but that isn’t the case… so until I do, I’ll make do with large blobs of clay 🙂

  2. Gotta say, i do love these toys! I’m lucky enough to have the Camo version and the Black / Hot Pink CamoBots sitting around my flat – they look rad! Props to Mr. Jago for designing such a hot item!
