This one really caught my eye while surfing this morning. Usugrow<\/strong><\/a>, the Japanese artist best known for his black and white pointillist skull-head drawings and his beautifully artistic lettering, has an upcoming vinyl figure from Secret Base<\/strong><\/a>. Awareness and appreciation of his work is clearly on the upswing with a recently featured interview in Juxtapoz. It will be interesting to see what future editions (black is the proto color) will hold — especially in terms of the use of color. Perhaps we might even see a crossover with Pushead<\/strong>, one of Usugrow’s artistic influences.
