judged by a knowledgeable panel including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spankystokes.com\/\">John Stokes<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jeremybrautman.com\/\">Jeremy Brautman<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/toybreak.com\/\">Ayleen Gaspar<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toybreak.com\/\">George Gaspar<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prettyinplastic.com\/\">Julie B<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;
