The Life of Crime art toy bust by Aaron Craig x Pobber explores the silly side of the force with a detour way down to the bottom of the sea. The design cleverly incorporates just enough of the irrepressible sponge into the unmistakable dark lord design to inject a bit of a sly crossover fun without resorting to a predictable 50/50 mashup. Part of the fun of the piece is being clued in, knowing what the story is even without the more straightforward ‘Spongevader’ name.
