The chill in the air floats closer with Thai artist Mueanfun Sapanake’s Bad Meaw ‘Scales’ vinyl art toy. Evoking classic monster archetypes, the latest figure in the Vintage Horror Series recasts her signature Badmeaw cat figure as a swamp beast with a new scale-y sculpt complete with new hands. Fear not though, the feline DNA shines through with the green + yellow eyes.
The Badmeaw Vintage Horror Series – ‘Scales’ soft vinyl art toy (4″) drops on Saturday (12.30) from Unbox Industries for $65. Scales follows in the fearsome footsteps of the previously released Rags figure.
