With Summer comes the sun, the beach and yes, epic waves. In celebration of the glorious season, Andrew Bell’s Android art toy is ready to hang ten with two new surfer editions. The Android Summer Surfer and Sunset Surfer versions both feature a wetsuit-clad android riding a surfboard on a topsy-turvy, Wobbly Wave. As you might have guessed from the names, Sunset embraces the warm pink, red and orange hues of the fading sun while Summer features multiple shades of blue with a bit of sunburn on the o’l robot dome. The surfin’ action is made possible by magnets on the surfer’s feet, the board and of course, the wave. Plus, Bell has gone one step beyond by including a 3M Adhesive kit for challenging (high vibration) display areas .
