For those looking for a level of detail and rarity above standard production pieces, Kidrobot continues it series of premium 20″ fiberglass Dunnys with today’s pre-order announcement of a new colorway of one of Andy Warhol’s celebration of an American food staple. A riff of the classic red/white design, the Andy Warhol Campbell’s Soup – Teal 20″ Dunny edition pairs blue/green teal with yellow for this edition of the quintessential pop artist’s iconic tomato soup can artwork. The two sides are nearly identical with the rear side including Warhol’s signature on one of the Dunny ears.
As with Kidrobot’s previous 20″ Dunny editions, the new premium Warhol edition is limited to 20 pieces, crafted in fiberglass and skillfully painted in America with automotive quality paints. The Andy Warhol Campbell’s Soup – Teal 20″ Dunny fiberglass sculpture (20″) is available for pre-order from Kidrobot for $2,500 and is slated to ship in Q2 2023.
