Five Points Festival is back and so is myplasticheart with a booth (#128) filled with artist soft vinyl exclusives. Here’s a quick rundown of what to expect at what’s bound to be a very popular booth.

Andrea Kang

NYC-based Andrea Kang’s curious and charming Mr. Puff ($50) brings an uncommon flavor with the new Pistachio edition in a milky green-blue.While it is ‘delicious’, it’s not GID. myplasticheart puts a bow on this one with an artisanal twine touch.

Brent Nolasco

Brent Nolasco’s hybrid Monster Mash resin art toy will be available in a rainbow of one-off editions. The design combines several classic monster archetypes including Frankenstein, a bat man and more.

Grapebrain

Japanese artist Grapebrain brings showcases his signature creepy cute mix with the wicked Consommé set featuring a twisted take on the nine tail fox with two minions. mph will also release a new Thrilla, Gebogebo, Kamabo.

Headlock Studio

While Japan-based Headlock Studio couldn’t make the trip to NYC in person, they’ve sent along several new editions of their soft vinyl figures including the two-faced Hyde, Kid Creature, Mini Lil’ Diablo, Mini Bonehead in yellow with clear head and two versions of Chino the Man.

Horrible Adorables

Horrible Adorables works their charming touch with the new Mega Neon Hundeer art toy. This flocked and felted figure features a gray body with standout neon green antlers.

kaNO x QUICCS

The myplasticheart exclusive Fury TEQ63 by kaNO x QUICCS x Martian Toys is inspired by the classic NYC gang film, The Warriors. Specifically the design riffs off the Baseball Furies Gang. kaNO brings his style game with the addition of neon green and orange accents.

Konatsu

Japanese artist Konatsu’s signature Negora figure returns with four tiger-themed editions including Sleeping Negora (Yellow), Fluffy Negora (Yellow), Sitting Negora (Orange) and limited-stock of the previously released Daioh Negora (Orange).

Mai Nagamoto

Japanese artist Mai Nagamoto’s curious cat returns with the new, charming Futeneko in lavender with an unexpected surprise, pigtails. A blue nose and a yellow heart complete the lighthearted edition. Cats walk among us.

Morimei

Morimei’s Zombcat takes the Big Apple with a cool new edition. The Tiffany Blue and Silver pairing features the traditional clear legs and clear ear details. Silver bandage on the leg too.

Ngaew Ngaew

Thai artist Ngaew Ngaew’s Chubby Nebula resin art toy brings the cosmic charm with deep spacey purples and pinks. Look closely, and you might see the beginning of the universe in the cute rabbit’s belly.

Poh

One Little Planet designer Vin’s signature Poh shows off his charming versatility with five separate designs including Poh Atomic, Lazy Poh, Poh Pumpkin and the Poh Dino Latte and Poh Dino 2.

Pucky

HK-based Pucky will drop three new oh-so-cute figures including the Monster Beanie Strawberry Mint ($118) and two Pucky GhostsBubble Gum ($70) with a pink+blue combo and Happy Bubbles ($70) with a translucent edition filled with colorful balls.

Rato Kim

Fans of Korean artist Rato Kim won’t want to miss two new Dinocats. First up there’s the newest Sneaker Dinocat resin art toy ($115, 2.36″) in Purple, white and yellow for a bit of a Lakers vibe. As with the other releases in this series, the figure comes in a fun orange mini sneaker box.

From street to super cute, Kim will also release her Bubblegum Dinocat vinyl art toy ($85, 3.5″) featuring a bright pastel pink + clear design filled with pastel puff balls. This one features a kawaii face design with starry eyes and ‘Gum’ on the forehead.

Uamou

Japanese artist Uamou’s Five Points Fest releases start with her now classic Statue of Liberty Fortune Uamou ($36) in both Lavender and Matte Green editions. Continuing the Lavender theme, there’s also Dino Uamou ($62), Real Uamou ($40) and Umaou & Boo ($90) in the lovely purple shade. Finally, for those that love filled toys, there are seven different Clear Uamou editions ($36) filled with plastic beads.

Yoyo Yeung

From HK-artist Yoyo Yeung comes the Raby Yoki & Cotton Ball Raby Set ($100), the Baby Hanami Dango ($150) based on the traditional Japanese treat, Baby Yoki The Crystal Birthstone (Purple & Blue, $85) and the Yoki Sit Sit Flower in Orange/Pink ($135).

All of these releases will be available at the myplasticheart Five Points Fest booth (#128) on Saturday (6.25) and Sunday (6.26) while supplies last.
