Hawaiian-born Aaron Kai is to release special Artist Sets of his brand-new Boxed Wave (Blue) vinyl art toy (8″) produced by 3DRetro. His first original art toy gives physical form to his signature wave motif. The sets include the toy (signed), signed authenticity card, t-shirt, and a set of postcards (4) that combine to form a larger image.
The Boxed Wave artist sets will be available on Saturday (4.9) for $300/set, online from Kai’s website (at 2 PM PDT) and as part of the artist’s in-person release event at Birdsnest Workshop in LA (2-7 PM PDT). 60 sets are available, 24 for the online drop and 36 for the in-person event.
