First mentioned back in June, Patrick Goodwin’s Nice! Shoes vinyl art toy—his first-ever vinyl—has finished production and is ready for its debut drop. An inspired homage to the legendary Air Jordan 1 sneakers, the design reimagines the iconic shoes as a bull with sneering upper lip on the front, horns on the top and eyes peeking out under the swoosh. Digitally sculpted voxelremesh, the figure delivers on the concept comes to life through subtle organic details.
As seen in the photos, the packaging is inspired by the Jordan 1 shoe box. In addition to the the toy (nestled in shaped foam), the box also includes a retro card print and a pair of stickers. And…if you’re lucky enough to score the chase edition or one of the friends & family figures, there’s a Nice! Offwhite-style plastic tag as well.
An edition of 100, the Nice! Shoes Mud City edition vinyl art toy (5″ x 6″) will be available for preorder on Friday (1.28) from Strangecat Toys (7 AM PST) and Tenacious Toys for $130.
