G O D M O D E, the first wood sculpture from Matt Gondek, is now available via raffle (lottery) from Avenue des Arts. The 13″ sculpture features Gondek’s take on the classic DBZ anime. Resembling Goku, the sculpture figures a triumphant pose/flex, wild hair and an intimidating skull face. The design showcases the natural beauty and grain of the wood, especially the lighter sections including the arms and face. The new piece marks Gondek’s progression from vinyl toys to more elevated materials including wood.
A signed/numbered edition of 100, the G O D M O D E wood sculpture is available via raffle for $5,000 through Wednesday, November 10th at 11:59 PM PST. For those attending ComplexCon, the sculpture will be on display at Avenue de Arts booth
