South Korea-based twelveDot has just released the Golden Slumbers APO Frog 5″ art toy in conjunction with its just-opened Golden Slumbers solo at Clutter Gallery. The new edition features a shiny, gold chrome finish on the brand’s signature amphibian.
Named after a Thomas Dekker poem, Golden Slumbers marks the end of a sweet, successful run for the mass-produced 5″ APO Frog. Not to fret though, this is the end of the series, not the character. Perhaps we’ll see additional 3″ versions following the 12 Months blindbox series which debuted in January 2021. Or a completely new chapter.
