The sharply humorous piece features one of Cornella’s familiar generic characters offering ‘free hugs’ despite having no arms. The roly-poly design adds the classic will tip, won’t fall playability loved by all (minus grumps). As always, Cornella’s pieces push people’s buttons ranging from funny to offensive. Just don’t call it a Weeble Wooble.
The Free Hugs vinyl art toy (5.8″) will be available on Wednesday (9.15) at 8 PM PDT from the DDT Store for HK$1,800 ($231). The figure is scheduled to ship in October 2021.
