The upcoming NTWRK Exclusive J Balvintron figure is the first-ever Transformers collaboration with an artist/celebrity. A stylized version of Soundwave, the special edition Transformer expresses Colombian reggaeton superstar J Balvin’s music and colorful personal style.
The design incorporates J Balvin’s style throughout the yellow and blue figure from his signature smiley face with lightning bolt eyes to the five-color hairstyle and beyond. The set also incorporates Balvin’s music with two special cassettes created by Hasbro designer Evan Brooks. The white + silver condor transforms into his Energía album while the orange + black tiger becomes Vibras. The J Balvintron figure also comes armed with a purple blaster and two interchangeable blast rays.
The J Balvintron Transformer will be available for preorder on Tuesday (7.13) at 9 AM PDT exclusively on the NTWRK app for $69.99.
