Alpha & Omega Mariko + TEQ63 by QUICCS x Danil Yad

Previous Next

The upcoming Alpha/Omega Project from QUICCS x Danil Yad feature new vinyl visions of Mariko and TEQ63. The Alpha/Omega figures are QUICCS’ first self-produced vinyl art toys, a definite milestone.

Yad’s influence and design can be seen in the overall aesthetic, proportions, and poses of the characters. Both Mariko and TEQ63 have a relaxed vibe, less battle more chill. Speaking of chill, both characters are seen playing with their removable robotic pets, SRCH the dog and Necco.

The new figures have more realistic proportions than previous QUICCS vinyl art toys and a high-level of detail as well. The increased detailed can be seen throughout from TEQ63’s shell toe sneakers to Mariko’s cybernetic leg. Additionally, Mariko’s hat is a separate piece and can be removed. Size wise, the figures are quite large, taller than the 12″ MegaTEQs.

TheAlpha/Omega Project Mariko and TEQ63 vinyl art toys are limited to 199 sets, priced at $666/set (includes shipping to USA & Southeast Asia) and will drop on Tuesday (3.23) at 8 AM PST from Bulletpunk.com. Each features a certificate of authenticity and a pair of white gloves for handling—a rarity for vinyl art toys. For a closeup look at the toys, check out the recorded Bulletpunk Network live stream and the ‘first look’ video below.
