Strangecat Gallery will present Mumbot’s The Nature of Friendship solo show with an opening on Friday, January 8, 2020. The new collection of work will feature several new original drawings exploring the world of Mumbot’s characters including Mossy, Shumi Mushrumi and her female character.
In addition to the new 2D work the show will also feature a hand-painted Mega Mossy (7.87″) resin sculpture and a Shumi Mushrumi micro run. An edition of 5, the Kaleidoscope of Chaos Shumi Mushrumi sofubi figures feature Mumbot’s whimsical hand-painted design on baby blue vinyl. Online sales will begin on Friday (1.8) at 10 PM EST, immediately after the opening
