BlackBook Toy is welcoming in 2021 with it special New Years (年賀) Piggums by Frank Kozik. The New Years edition features a gold glitter design with black + gold details and a red letter painted on the sailor pig’s belly. BlackBook Toy gifted the special figures to artists and close friends as a memorable New Years greeting ‘card’.
Unlike most friends and family editions, BBT is releasing the New Years Piggums to collectors as well via lottery. Better yet, collectors who purchase the figure can choose a single letter/character (English/Japanese/Chinese/Etc.) to have painted on the belly. BBT will use a lucky Chinese character if none is chosen.
The New Years (年賀) Piggums soft vinyl art toy (7.48″) will be available from BlackBook Toy for ¥19,800 ($192) via email lottery from Friday (1.1) at 7 AM PST until Sunday (1.3) at 6:59 AM PST. To enter the lottery, send an email to info@blackbooktoy.com with a title of ‘New Year Piggums Lottery entry’ and include 1) Full Name, 2) Address with country and zip code, 3) Telephone, 4) Item Name: New Years Piggums, 5) Character/Letter for Belly (blank=BBT’s choice), 6) Instagram/FB/Twitter name as backup contact (optional).
