Mighty Jaxx takes their Lil’ Maxx platform to the animated depths of Bikini Bottom with the upcoming Lil’ Maxx SpongeBob SquarePants blindbox series. The series features eight different characters from the cartoon including SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, Flying Dutchman, Plankton, Mermaidman and Sandy Cheeks. While the majority of the designs feature the standard Lil’ Maxx sculpt, a few have custom sculpts or additions including the Flying Dutchman’s pirate hat and Mr. Krabs’ claw-like hands.
The full series lineup includes SpongeBob SquarePants (7/12), Patrick (7/12), Sandy Cheeks (7/12), Squidward (7/12), Flying Dutchman (4/12), Mr. Krabs (4/12), Mermaidman (4/12), Plankton (4/12), Quickster SpongeBob (1/12), Flying Dutchman (GID, 1/12), Elastic Waitsband Patrick (1/12) & Barnacleboy (1/12).
The Lil’ Maxx SpongeBob SquarePants blindbox series (3″) will be available for pre-order on Wednesday (12.9) at 6 AM PST from Mighty Jaxx in both single blindboxes ($9.99) and display cases of 12 ($119.88). Shipping is included for case purchases. The series is slated to ship in December 2020.
