IamRetro will jump start 2021 with its exclusive Retro Destroyer Micro TEQ63 by QUICCS x Martian Toys. Coming almost exactly a year after the OG 6″ Retro design, the new micro edition packs all of the old-school 8-bit magic into a super convenient 3″ form factor.
The Retro Destroyer design blends elements of the iconic console from the classic gray, black and red color scheme to the d-pad controller. The timeless ‘Game Over’ message in 8-bit font and the invaders style aliens complete the nostalgic look back at the beginnings of the gaming addiction. The Retro Destroyer line—along with the previous Super Retro figures—celebrates IamRetro’s passion for art toys and its history as a gaming-centric brand.
The Retro Destroyer Micro TEQ63 vinyl art toy (3″) will be available in an initial wave of 300 pieces on Friday, January 1st, 2021 exclusively from IamRetro for $39.99 each. Additional reinforcements will arrive sooner or later depending on the arrival date of secondary shipments.
