IamRetro’s upcoming Exclusive Forty Joe resin art toy by Sket-One is the latest release in the long-running collaboration between the two. The latest figure in Sket’s food product series, and more specifically beer line, is inspired by the Olde English 800 brand of malt liquor, in the heavy-weight 40 oz bottle of course.
As with all of Sket’s product-inspired releases, the label is spot on, based on the original with the addition of one of Sket’s retro toon characters getting his drink on. While Forty Joe may like to party, he’s also ready to rumble with his custom broken-bottle shank accessory at the ready.
In addition to the figure, IamRetro will also be releasing a special Forty Joe capsule including a metal street sign (12 x 18″, UV-printed, $45) and enamel pin (2″). Both capsule drops will be available along with the release of the toy.
An edition of 100, the first 25 pieces of the IamRetro Exclusive Forty Joe resin art toy (8″) will be available on Friday (12.4) from IamRetro for $375 each. Successive releases will feature waves of 25 figures each.
